Zoo Miami
Several interactive touchscreen games were developed for a new exhibit at Zoo Miami.
We had the exciting opportunity to develop a variety of interactive touchscreen games for a brand new exhibit at Zoo Miami. The games were designed to engage visitors of all ages and provide an immersive, educational experience that complemented the exhibit's theme.
Involvement
With a passion for designing games, I took on the role of the designer for two interactive touchscreen games that were developed for a new exhibit at Zoo Miami. Collaborating closely with multiple development teams, I made sure that the designs and interactions were not only consistent but also seamlessly integrated with the exhibit's overall theme and atmosphere.

Defining Future Updates
Creating a fun and educational experience.
We had a blast doing our research and analysis to determine the best approach for the two interactive games. By considering the exhibit's visitors and their journey, we developed a plan for the games that would be both engaging and informative. Our team collaborated on determining the game's style, and we explored various ways to make the experience both fun and educational.
Colorful and stylized animation.
We were given a set of brand guidelines to review as well as the printed materials that would be installed in the exhibit. Our team jumped right in and brainstormed ways to incorporate eye-catching and lively graphics that would seamlessly blend in with the exhibit's existing style. We spent time iterating on different concepts and animations to create a fun and engaging visual experience for visitors.
Consistent, yet unique visuals.
With each game being distinct in content, we aimed to design components that were tailored to the specific purpose of each game. However, we also ensured that the components shared a cohesive design language, enabling visitors to easily navigate between the two games and feel a consistent level of engagement throughout their experience.
